How many properties will I receive in my shortlist?
You will receive 5–10 actively available rental properties that match your requirements. Each listing includes photos, rent, location details, and direct owner/agent contact information.
What if none of the shortlisted properties suit me?
Tell us what didn't work — we'll refine the shortlist once for free, at no extra cost. Please note the fee is non-refundable, and your purchase stays valid for 12 months from the date of payment. If you're unsure whether we can cover your city and budget, ask us before you pay and we'll tell you honestly.
How long does it take to receive the shortlist?
Our team calls you within 4 hours of payment to confirm details. The curated shortlist is delivered within 24–48 hours via WhatsApp and email.
Is there a brokerage charge when I book a property?
The ₹3,999 covers the shortlist and the curation work behind it. It does not include brokerage and does not pre-pay it. If you go on to rent a property brokered by us or by our franchise partner for that area, brokerage applies on top — and we tell you the amount and who pays it in writing before anything is signed. Where an owner has listed directly and the property is let through us, the owner pays one month's rent plus GST.
Which cities are covered?
We cover all major Indian cities including Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Noida, Gurugram, and many others. If your city isn't listed in the form, type it in — we'll do our best to help.
Can I pay via UPI or debit card?
Yes. We use Razorpay, which accepts UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit cards, credit cards, and net banking.
